1. Who is responsible
The Aurora Room is run by two people who operate this website and decide how the small amount of personal data described below is handled. Questions go to [email protected] and are answered by one of them.
2. Short version
There are no accounts, no payments, no analytics tools and no advertising partners here. The only personal data we hold is the content of messages you decide to send us, and that is deleted once the conversation has finished.
3. Messages you send
The contact form and our email addresses give us a name, an email address, a chosen topic and a body of text. We use it to reply and for nothing else. Nobody is added to the newsletter without separately asking to be.
4. What stays in your browser
Aurora Pairs writes your personal best and cleared-board count into local storage on your device. The door check writes one confirmation flag. Neither is transmitted to us, and neither is readable by us at any point.
5. Hosting logs
Our host keeps standard access logs containing an IP address, timestamp, requested path and user agent. They support security and troubleshooting, rotate automatically, and are never combined with correspondence or used to profile visitors.
6. No financial data
There is no cashier, card form, wallet connection or crypto integration anywhere in the room, because nothing here is for sale. Any page requesting payment while presenting itself as Wosinelaxu is a forgery.
7. Third-party services
No analytics platform, advertising network, hosted typeface, embedded video, map or social widget is loaded on any page. Every asset comes from this domain, which leaves the hosting provider as the only third party in the chain.
8. Your rights
You may ask for a copy of correspondence we hold, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Requests are handled within thirty days and usually within a couple, because there is very little material to search through.
9. Adults only
The room is intended for adults and we do not knowingly hold data belonging to anyone under eighteen. Write to [email protected] if you believe a minor has contacted us and the correspondence will be removed.
10. Changes to this page
The revision date above shows the current version. Substantive changes are noted in the newsletter and, where they affect the games, in the play safe notes. See also the cookie page.
